This upcycled pure silk satin top is a superb example of how eco printing can transform a gorgeous item to a stunning unique one.
Originally manufactured by Monsoon the top has a detailed beaded collar and trim around the hem. The gathers from the collar create a flattering drape which is enhanced by the gentle weight of the hem. However it is the prints that really lift this top to the next level. The green of the rose prints and the orange/brown of the eucalyptus work so well with the soft sheen of the pale brown silk satin. A really lovely item
A subtle khaki colour which shows off well the orange eucalyptus prints. The cut is flattering that skims over the body without clinging. There is a set of three fully functioning buttons on the left shoulder.
The printing process produces permanent prints that will not wash out or fade. This is a stunning quality silk tunic that has been hand printed and repurposed to give it a completely new life. A gorgeous item that will be the mainstay of your wardrobe at home and on your holidays.

All items are light and wash fast and have been washed and pressed after dyeing and printing. Hand wash or machine wash on wool cycle at 30C max using a gentle non-bio detergent.
All packages are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48 or DPD Shop to Shop, Shop to Delivery Address can be arranged at a small additional cost. Please contact me if you would like to use this option.

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but sometimes it doesn’t look quite right, or the fit isn’t what you expected. Buying online is always a little more of a risk than buying in person and we do want to ensure that you love your purchase.
If on receipt of your purchase you decide you do not wish to keep it please first email hello@gilliansmellie.com with details of your order and your reason for return. That way we know to look out for it. Please return it in its original unworn (other than to try on for fit) condition, pack it carefully, preferably in the original wrapping if you have it and return to:

We recommend that you use a tracking service for your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Assuming all is well we will issue a refund via the same method you used for payment and send you an email to let you know that the refund has been made.
